Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to BCNPHA to email@example.com
. Cancellations received by October 16 will receive a full refund on monies paid, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between October 16 and October 27 will be issued a 50% refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUES AFTER OCTOBER 27
. Cancellations made after October 27 for unpaid registrations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refund cheques to be processed.
