Your conference fees includes breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for each day you are registered. Please indicate if you have any special dietary needs, including for the conference dinner (separate event). We will make every effort to accommodate your dietary needs. Please note: the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre is NOT a nut-free facility.

Volume Discounts
Organizations who register a large number of delegates can take advantage of the following volume discounts:
  • Register 5-9 delegates and receive a 10% discount on the total cost of registration.
  • Register 10+ delegates and receive a 20% discount on the total cost of registration.
Discounts will be applied after the conference, so as to capture all attendees for the maximum discount. The discount will be applied as a refund. Please email events@bcnpha.ca for more information.
NOTE: The discount is applied to registration fees only (Young Professional rate and dinner tickets are excluded as they are already discounted rates).

Young Professionals
Are you under 30 years of age? Register for the conference as an emerging professional to access:
  • Mentoring from seasoned professionals in the non-profit housing sector
  • Dedicated networking opportunities with your peers
  • Discounts on your registration fee

Conference Bursaries
BCNPHA, with sponsorship funding generously provided by BC Housing, has a number of bursaries available to help staff, board members and volunteers from small non-profit housing societies to attend the conference.  Qualified organizations will receive the application by email once registration is open. Please note that the application deadline was on October 2, 2018 and all bursaries are in the process of being allocated.

Partner/Spousal Meal Pass

You may bring a partner/spouse to attend the conference meals (breakfast and lunch only) at a daily rate of $95 (+GST). This rate does not include workshops or other social events, such as the Sector Supper (separate tickets must be purchased). Daily meal passes can be purchased during the registration process.
