Are you presenting at a session at the Housing Central conference?

Here is a quick checklist to help ensure a smooth presentation.

STEP 1:

Have you self-registered as a conference speaker? This ensures that we have a name badge for you and that you receive the appropriate speaker discount rates. See our easy step-by-step Speaker Registration Instructions.

STEP 2:

Have you booked your guestroom? Rooms fill quickly, so book early! Special conference rates are available until October 26, see accommodations page for full details.

STEP 3:

Have you read important details regarding pre- and post-event logistical details, including your responsibilities as a presenter?

STEP 4:

Have you advised us of any special AV, materials or room setup requests that are essential for your session? Submit the Special Request form by October 20.

STEP 5:

Have you converted your PowerPoint presentation to our standard wide screen 16:9 format? Click for instructions to convert 4:3 to 16:9 format.

STEP 6:

Have you familiarized yourself with the venue location and details? If not, click here.

Have you registered for complimentary parking in advance? Click here for details.
