Exhibit dates:
Sunday, November 19 & Monday, November 20

Move-in / move-out details:
Move-in:  Saturday, November 18, 8:30 pm – 11:45 pm
Move-out: Monday, November 20, 3:45 pm – 6:00 pm

What’s included in your booth space:

Choice of two options:

  1. one (1) 6’ x 2’ skirted table and two (2) hotel banquet chairs
  2. Open space (if no table is required, please email conference@bcnpha.ca  your request for open space along with booth number)

To receive discount rates, please download an fill out the order forms and submit them directly to Canwest. Payment must be received by November 4, 2017 to qualify for discount pricing.

If you have not submitted your two exhibitor’s names, please email conference@bcnpha.ca with their full names. This is important that they are registered so that we have name tags available on site for them. If your staff member is looking to also attend sessions and/or events at the conference, please have them register themselves to select their options, and we will adjust the fees once they have registered.

Delegate Bag Materials  (1100pcs)  (Optional)

  • Organization (“8.5”x11”) 1 pager – flyer / fact sheet, or organization brochure
  • Or a small promotional sample product or take-away item to fit in standard delegate bag
